eluxa's 0.18mm Ultra-Thin screen protector is engineered for an ultra-slim profile with an aluminum-reinforced edge that resists chipping and lifting.
Most screen protectors are cut from soda-lime glass — cheap, but manufactured to loose tolerances that vary from piece to piece, leaving a faint greenish tint and inconsistent fit. Eluxa's tempered glass starts differently: Japan-formulated aluminosilicate glass, AGC Dragontrail-grade, laser-cut to a precise 0.33mm with a ±0.01mm tolerance. That precision means every unit sits flush against your screen with zero bubbling or edge lift, while the aluminosilicate structure hardens more effectively during tempering, delivering real strength without added bulk. Light transmission is rated at 99.9%, so the glass sits virtually invisible on your display with no impact on brightness, color accuracy, or touch response.
The glass is put through the 9H pencil hardness test to resist scratches from keys and knives, and backed by a hammer-impact tested, three-layer anti-explosion core — an outer tempered layer, a shatterproof core, and an inner adhesive layer — that absorbs impact energy instead of scattering into sharp fragments on breakage. On the surface, a dual-coating system handles what most competitors only do half of: an oleophobic layer keeps oil, sweat, and fingerprints from clinging, while an anti-static ESD layer discharges static buildup so dust and lint don't stick in the first place.
Every cutout is laser-aligned to your phone's camera, speaker, and sensors for true edge-to-edge coverage, with optimized light transmission for fast, single-tap fingerprint unlock on in-display sensors. 1. Reporting Window
All claims (damaged, defective, or wrong item) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with:
- An unboxing video (unedited, showing the sealed package being opened) OR clear photos of the product and outer packaging
- Your order number
Claims raised after 48 hours, or without this proof, cannot be processed. We recommend recording your unboxing for every order as a habit — it's the fastest way to a resolved claim.
2. Category-Specific Return Terms
Tempered Glass Screen Protectors
Due to hygiene and installation-sensitivity, tempered glass is not eligible for return once the seal is opened or the product has been installed — this is standard across the industry.
We will replace at no cost if:
- The glass arrives cracked, chipped, or broken inside a sealed, undamaged box
- You receive the wrong model/variant
Not eligible for replacement:
- Installation errors (cracks caused during application are not covered)
- Products already applied to a device
- Change of mind after opening
Charging Cables, Hub, OTG Adapter, and Phone Stand
These carry a 7-day return window from delivery, covering both damage-on-arrival and manufacturing defects discovered during normal use.
Eligible for return or replacement if:
- Item arrives damaged, or the outer box is visibly tampered/opened in transit
- Product has a manufacturing defect (fails to charge, port doesn't connect, hinge mechanism fails, etc.) within 7 days of normal use
- You receive the wrong item
Return conditions:
- Product must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact
- Outer box may be opened for inspection but must not be torn, crushed, or damaged
Not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, connected to a device repeatedly, or show wear
- Missing original accessories or packaging
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid exposure, misuse)
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders.
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your unboxing video/photos
- Our team reviews and responds within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we'll share return instructions (if applicable) or ship your replacement directly — most replacements ship within 48 hours of approval
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days of approval
- Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect)
6. Non-Returnable Under Any Circumstance
- Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification after delivery
- Products without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
- Claims made without an unboxing video or photo evidence
- Tempered glass that has been unsealed or applied
