At eluxa, every product is quality-checked before it ships. If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right — quickly and without hassle. Please read the category-specific terms below, as return eligibility differs by product type.

1. Reporting Window

All claims (damaged, defective, or wrong item) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with:

• An unboxing video (unedited, showing the sealed package being opened) OR clear photos of the product and outer packaging
• Your order number

Claims raised after 48 hours, or without this proof, cannot be processed. We recommend recording your unboxing for every order as a habit — it's the fastest way to a resolved claim.

2. Category-Specific Return Terms

Tempered Glass Screen Protectors 

Due to hygiene and installation-sensitivity, tempered glass is not eligible for return once the seal is opened or the product has been installed — this is standard across the industry.

We will replace at no cost if:

• The glass arrives cracked, chipped, or broken inside a sealed, undamaged box
• You receive the wrong model/variant

Not eligible for replacement:

• Installation errors (cracks caused during application are not covered)
• Products already applied to a device
• Change of mind after opening

Charging Cables, Hub, OTG Adapter, and Phone Stand

These carry a 7-day return window from delivery, covering both damage-on-arrival and manufacturing defects discovered during normal use.

Eligible for return or replacement if:

• Item arrives damaged, or the outer box is visibly tampered/opened in transit
• Product has a manufacturing defect (fails to charge, port doesn't connect, hinge mechanism fails, etc.) within 7 days of normal use
• You receive the wrong item

Return conditions:

• Product must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact
• Outer box may be opened for inspection but must not be torn, crushed, or damaged

Not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, connected to a device repeatedly, or show wear
• Missing original accessories or packaging
• Damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid exposure, misuse)

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

1. Email solastrasolutions@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your unboxing video/photos
3. Our team reviews and responds within 1–2 business days
4. If approved, we'll share return instructions (if applicable) or ship your replacement directly — most replacements ship within 48 hours of approval

5. Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days of approval
• Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect)

6. Non-Returnable Under Any Circumstance

• Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification after delivery
• Products without original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase
• Claims made without an unboxing video or photo evidence
• Tempered glass that has been unsealed or applied
